After my ride-along today, my manager was impressed with the lunch I had planned because of Time To Cater. He saw firsthand how I didn't have to take time out of the field to prepare for the lunch how many reps have had to do...running around picking up food, adding drinks, standing in line, loading the car, etc. We were able to stay at a high producing account for longer and simply drive to our lunch presentation because T2C had everything handled! Once we got there, the doctor and staff were so impressed by the prompt delivery and healthy choices on the lunch menu. Thank you again for making me look good!

I have used this catering company a few times now, and they've really been great. They can handle catering jobs anywhere...wherever there are restaurants or caterers. You tell them where to deliver (yes, even Timbuktu), how much per head (has to be $9 at least), any specifics (diet restrictions, cuisine preferences, etc) and all the rest is done for you. No more stopping at the gas station for ice / soda, then picking up the meal, etc. What a pain and utter waste of valuable selling time! Now with our SSEN programs coming from our speaker budget, I'm planning to use them even more to take yet one more task off my plate.

I can request specific restaurants, which I have done, but I've also left it up to them and I'll admit their meal was better. I'm sure it comes from pooling orders for all their customers, but the food was great and from a caterer that I didn't even know existed. I also like that I'm able to place my orders ahead of time online, without phone calls back and forth...oh, yeah, they send the receipts via email in a pdf file. Easy for Concur submission. Enough gushing! Use if you wish, don't if you don't.

Since I don't have to tip or pay delivery fees, I can bump it up to $9 and get a great hot meal with dessert and drinks. I have used them about 6 times now and have not been disappointed. Not once have they been late. They work a lot with local catering companies. I love to support the little guys if possible. The thing I love the best is that I don't have to think about what to get. I just tell them the basics and he handles the rest. I hated all that running around and planning.

I have found them to be super easy to deal with and have been pleased so far. I hope you will give them a call for your next catering. I don't think you will be disappointed. They are nationwide, so all you travelers, take advantage of them!
